What your Guarantee covers:
We guarantee that our paint will not flake off or peel.
fading* may occur if not correctly maintained as instructed on your after care.
Coated Window Profiles do not achieve their full weather resistance until completely cured.
During the first 3 weeks mechanical abrasion must be avoided.
Regular cleaning and care are necessary.
In some areas the high level of air contamination will lead to deposits sticking firmly, which are difficult to remove.
In order to prevent heavy dirt deposits, we recommend regular cleaning and care of the windows.
To ensure a long term beautiful, resistant and protected surface, we recommend the care of window
profiles with warm soapy (solvent free) products.
The frequency with which these products are to be used depends upon the site and situation of the building as well as the colour tone darker colour more often than recommended.
The cleaning and protective treatments are generally to be repeated at 3 month intervals.
Cleaners and polishes containing solvents, for example nail-varnish removers, cellulose or alcohol based plastics cleaners must not be used. The utilisation of abrasive substances as well as a dry rubbing with a duster or similar is to be absolutely avoided.
According to the degree of grime on the substrate, clean with a standard household cleaner (solvent free) or with our basic cleaner (please ask your sprayer about purchasing this), using a wet artificial leather, microfiber or cotton cloth using light pressure.
Always rinse afterwards with fresh water.
If for any reason our paint is to flake off from your windows and doors when being used correctly we will send out a specialist touch up pot unless you have received one on completion, if necessary we will visit and respray the affected area.
Examples of when the frames are NOT covered: Opening doors with keys that bunch with sharp key rings, keys, window & door cleaning with the wrong product, open and closing them if they are damaged and rub or you have not kept to your cleaning guide.

If for any reason our paint starts to fade we will respray the affected areas* only if they have been correctly maintained as per our after care instructions and not exposed to constant uv rays .
We will respray the affected areas only if we are totally satisfied the areas have been properly maintained and the frames them self are not brittle or worn prior to spraying and this has not had an after effect on the finish.
Darker colours can worsen quicker than lighter colours so we can only guarantee this if the UV option has been added and the frames are cleaned correctly on a regular basis as advised on completion.
Unfortunately some areas or positions will receive more sunlight than others and this can lead to a more frequent deterioration so an UV option will be needed to help prevent this.
If you opt for the UV lacquer this can prolong the life of the paint against UV Rays.
Window Glass Cleaning:
When having your glass cleaned please ensure no glass cleaners containing alcohol, solvents or corrosive substances are used as this will damage the layer of paint and will cause damage & fading.
When making a claim:
If you have a scratch on your frames that has appeared from normal usage we will send out a touch up pen, in some cases we will visit the site and respray the affected area, however if the scratch has occurred due to a sharp object or an object being pushed, knocked forced against the frame this is not covered.
You can always check this by running you fingernail over the affected area and see if you can feel the scratched area before making your claim as this will not be covered due to the actual frame being damaged (another tip is the previous colour will show through) and you will be charged a call out and repair fee before any work or repairs take place.
If your frames start to peel away or flake for any reason please ensure no chemicals have been used or no heat has been applied to the area or this will result in a call out charge and repair charge.
If your paint is fading please ensure you have opted for the UV lacquer and your frames are cleaned as instructed and that you keep a log of these as proof (log sheet is provided) along with the cleaners details so they can be contacted and confirmed.
If for some reason your frames have not been maintained correctly and they are in need of a respray however we can do this and offer a discount as a returning customer.

Deposits are taken to secure your booking and to purchase your materials, any paint mixes received in writing are non-refundable. Please note you do have a 14 day cooling off period. If your booking date is within the 14 day period the paint cost will still be charged.
